SACL requires no prior qualifications to study English Functional Skills.
The Functional Skills 4748 English qualification at entry levels 1-3, and levels 1 and 2 will demonstrate the learner's ability to read, write, speak, listen, and communicate in English at an appropriate level, and to apply the knowledge and skills to real-life situations.
