Certificate in Workforce Performance Development

Introduction

The SACL Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development is a 14 credit Ofqual regulated qualification.

This qualification aims to develop a range of skills essential for a successful career in any workplace setting and any sector. It is designed to support supervisors and line managers working at a variety of levels.

This is a core qualification available to existing and interested centres of SACL.

Grading

Graded with Pass, or Fail.

Advanced learner loans available in the UK

Delivery Mode

This qualification can be delivered either in the classroom, via distance learning or blended, part-time or full-time.

Typical Age

This qualification is designed for learners who are typically aged 16 and above.

Entry Criteria

SACL requires no prior qualifications to study Level 4 Certificate in Workforce Performance Development.

Learners must complete 3 mandatory units.

Contribute to the identification and analysis of organisational learning needs The aim of this unit is to develop a knowledge of the factors influencing organisational learning and of the principles and practices associated with conducting organisational learning needs analysis. 5 Yes
Manage, foster and develop team performance This unit aims to develop understanding and the ability to manage, foster and develop team performance. Learners will explore the role of clear performance standards, how to set, communicate and monitor these. Methods to assess team performance and assess performance gaps are explored. 5 Yes
Manage and develop individual performance The focus of this unit is on supporting and enabling individual development. Providing developmental opportunities has both benefits to the individual and organisation. 4 Yes
