Introduction
The objective of the SACL Level 4 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management qualification is to provide learners with a specialist programme of study that provides a depth of knowledge and understanding of key aspects within the Logistics and Supply Chain Management sector.
The Level 4 units provide an introduction to contemporary Business and LCSM topics. The units combine both theoretical and practical knowledge in the profession and will develop and enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of academic and research skills, logistics and the business environment, operations management, effective performance, planning and accountability, finance, communication, management and team working.
Successful completion of this qualification will allow learners to work in a variety of roles within logistics and supply chain management and to progress to further study.

Entry Criteria
SACL requires no prior qualifications to study Level 4 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
The SACL Level 4 Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management qualification consists of 6 mandatory units for a combined total of 120 credits, 1200 hours Total Qualification Time (TQT) and 600 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.
